Board of Assessors

The Assessors Board meets the 1st Friday of each month at 2:30 pm. All meeting are public and citizens are welcome to attend.

The mission of the Skowhegan Board of Assessors and the Assessors’ Office is to maintain fair and equitable assessed valuations and accurate ownership information that are the basis of the allocation of municipal property tax burden in accordance to state law.

Event Location

The Assessors Board meets the first Friday of each month at the 2:30pm in the Council Room of the Municipal Building at 225 Water Street.
