The Commissioners meet 4 times a year between April and September. Meetings are called by the Chairman as needed, meetings are held at the park unless moved for rain. The commissioners oversee Coburn Park and other small park areas throughout Skowhegan.

The Park Commission meets at Coburn Park except in the event of rain.
