The Code Enforcement Office issues Occupancy Permits for new and renovated structures in Town, it also issues plumbing permits and shoreland zone permits. The Code Enforcement Officer enforces all Town adopted land use ordinances. The Code Enforcement Office and Fire Department work together to inspect existing apartment buildings and businesses for life safety issues. If a property owner is planning a building project near the water, they should call the Code Enforcement Officer before any construction work begins.

• Capacity Reserve Fee Permits - Anyone wishing to connect to the town sewer system must first contact this office for payment of fee. Fee is based on flow.
• Occupancy Permit - Before any structure is occupied a permit must be issued by both the Code Enforcement Officer and the Fire Chief.

• Verzion Installation of Telephone Service forms
