The Northgate Industrial Park is located on North Ave (Rt. 150) Skowhegan. The park was created in the early 70’s and all lots are occupied at this time. There is Rental Space available in the SEDC Building.

The Current tenants are Richard Carrier Trucking, Central Maine Power, Northeast Doran, Kennebec Lumber, Genplex, and Decal Gymnastics.
