This new park is located on Rt. 201 (Waterville Road) approximately one mile north of the SAPPI Paper Mill. Situated on a Plateau overlooking the Kennebec River, connected to Rt. 201 by a new park road, the park has separation from residential areas.

With 47 acres separated in to lots ranging from 2.73 acres to 12 Acres, we will be able to work with most businesses. Targeted businesses are light to Medium Manufacturing, Commercial, Wholesale, limited retail, warehouse facilities.

Phase I of the park's construction is scheduled for completion in July 2006.

When completed the park with feature 3 phase power, road frontage for all lots, private septic and wells, and drainage. Future plans include the addition of a well and pump facility and turning lanes for Route 201.
