“Let my heart find peace and may the peace flow into my world”
The holidays are fast approaching, and if you are grieving any type of loss, it can be an especially difficult time of year. We are offering our second support group session designed to discuss grief and to offer coping strategies for the holiday season. The support group is open to the public and free of charge. Would you consider joining us if this is something that we could help you with?
If so this will be held at the Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County office, located at 113 Dr. Mann Road in Skowhegan. For more
information, please contact Amy at 207.474.7775 for more
information or e-mail her at any time at email@example.com.

Like hanging out with friends? Like competition? Like trying new games? Head on out to the library where every Thursday we will pull out dozens of board games for some old school full. Open for all ages (10 and under need adult supervision).
December 12, 2019, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. @ Coburn Woods Trail
We’ll meet at the trailhead on the Russell Road for a hike in the dark! We’ll guide you through Coburn Woods trails using headlamps and flashlights to illuminate the way. The Total walk will be about 3 miles with slight elevation gain. We’ll hike out to Taylor Field and back to view the stars during the full moon. Be sure to bring water, sturdy shoes, warm clothing, and a headlamp or flashlight. This is great for all ages and well behaved dogs are welcome. If we have snow, bring your snowshoes, or let us know if you need to borrow a pair.
